Birth & Doula Services

As a doula and birth coach, my job is to support your pregnancy specific to you. Whether you chose to birth at home, a birthing center, or the hospital, I’ll be there to help you tap into your inner strength. By bringing my knowledge from past experiences, I can help guide you and ease the nervousness throughout. If your partner wants to be involved, family members, or others in your support circle, let’s chat.

Essentials Package

  • Three (3) prenatal visits to assist you in fine tuning your labor and birth preferences, provide information and discuss your postpartum plan

  • Comfort Measures and Movement workshop for you and your birth partner

  • Client Workbook to guide you through our time together

  • General understanding of clinical procedures, along with a benefit-risk analysis to help you make informed decisions

  • Labor & Birth Support, on call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks

  • Advocacy for you and your partner in birth and between you and your provider

  • Immediate postpartum assistance to promote bonding, nursing and recovery

  • Phone check in within 48 hours after birth

  • One (1) postpartum check-in at home within 2 weeks of birth

  • Access to my online library of educational material

  • Phone and email support as needed through our time together

  • *In person visits within 1 hour driving distance included, otherwise zoom/google meet sessions will be scheduled.

  • **There is a $50 travel fee per home visit if outside the 1 hour driving distance.

  • Payment plans are always accepted and should not be a barrier to receiving my services. I also work with any insurance or employer benefit programs.

Virtual Birth Support

For non-local families, I offer virtual services for your individualized care. These services range from full support to more specific requests. Every birthing individual is different with varying needs, so services can be adjusted. Similar to my in person packages, with few unique differences.

Premium Virtual Package:

  • Monthly prenatal video chats support sessions from hire to birth to debrief from your appointments

  • Weekly video chat support starting at 36 weeks until birth

  • Guidance and support to write your birth plan

  • Virtual Support (via video, phone, or text depending on your preferences) during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum

  • Labor & Birth Support, on call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks

  • One (1) postpartum check-in within 2 weeks of birth

If this is your second go-around but still want support and resources throughout your pregnancy, consider the Essentials Virtual Package:

  • Three (3) prenatal video chats support sessions from hire to birth to debrief from your appointments

  • Weekly video chat support starting at 36 weeks until birth
